As we are a accessories brand, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and product safety reasons.
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. In the rare case that you receive an item that is:

* Damaged
* Worn out
* Defective during transit
we will gladly provide a replacement for the affected item.
Replacement Conditions
* The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
* An unboxing video and clear photos of the product are required for verification
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging
